The 3D-printed fixture enables the precise cutting of a pipe bend to the correct radius, for example, using a band saw. The stop can be set every 5 degrees using a 2mm welding rod. The pipe bend can be secured by tightening the built-in screws, making the fixture also suitable as a marking aid. When clamping in a vise, the screws can be omitted, as the guides are provided. These are welding elbows according to DIN 2605 or EN10253-4 or DIN 11852.
Particularly useful for the construction of exhaust systems, piping, manifolds or charge air piping.
